Privacy
This is a short, plain-language summary. The full policy will be published before the closed beta opens to families. Until then, the rules below are the ones we hold ourselves to.
- · The memories you upload belong to you. They are stored encrypted, scoped to your account, and never sold.
- · We do not train public AI models on your memories. We do not share your memories with third-party advertisers.
- · You can export every memory and conversation Bro holds about you, at any time, in standard formats.
- · You can delete your account and every memory associated with it. Deletion is honoured within seven days end-to-end, including derived embeddings and cached voice clips.
- · Sub-processors that touch user data: Supabase (database + authentication + storage), Anthropic (conversation model), OpenAI (memory transcription + embeddings), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis, only if you create a voice profile). We will publish a complete sub-processor list with the public launch.
- · Voice profiles are created only with explicit per-source consent attestation. Withdrawing consent deletes the voice profile and purges cached clips on the same transaction.
